Little Explorers 

Our 'Little Explorers' programme is A free Early Years session that provides children with opportunities that explore imagination and creative play through singing, dancing, role-play, and sensory experiences. The session gives children the opportunity to build and form new relationships as well as enhance their development through various areas of play.

Healthy Hearts: Movement to Music

The class consists of a 45 minute gentle seated exercise class that allows participants to Strengthen muscles, improve co-ordination, balance, mobility as well as tracking heart rate and mental well-being. Participants will have full use of resistant bands, exercise balls and cool gadgets including Fitness Trackers which will be provided to all participants throughout the programme.
