Payment Terms
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance using your agreed payment method, with payment due on the 25th of each month. Your enrolment remains active unless formally cancelled in writing.
All fees must be paid in a timely manner. Parents or guardians remain responsible for any outstanding payments, including any additional charges, legal fees, recovery costs, or collection charges incurred through external agencies due to non-payment, where permitted by law.
Late Payment
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, a payment reminder will be issued. If fees remain outstanding after 14 days, a £10 late payment administration fee will be added. Access to classes may be suspended until outstanding balances are cleared. If fees remain unpaid after 30 days, YACAD reserves the right to refer the debt to a debt collection agency.
Notice & Cancellation
One full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel membership.
Notice must be submitted by email to finance@yacad.org. Payment remains due throughout the notice period. Verbal notice cannot be accepted.
Refund
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Refunds will not be issued for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or personal circumstances.
If YACAD cancels a session, a replacement class or account credit will be offered where appropriate.
Media Consent
YACAD may use still images, video footage, photographs, audio recordings, and related content of members for advertisements, marketing, leaflets, training, educational, and publicity purposes unless you choose to opt out.
If you wish to opt out of photography and video consent, this must be indicated during enrolment. Members who opt out will be issued with a “No Photos” badge, which must be worn during sessions so staff can clearly identify those without photographic consent.
