Our spacious and fully equipped Art Studio is the perfect environment for artists, workshops, and creative events. Designed to accommodate up to 25 participants, the studio offers a bright, open-plan space ideal for painting, drawing, sculpture, group classes, and more.
The studio is fully furnished and stocked with a wide range of art materials and tools. Whether you're hosting an art class, planning a creative retreat, or working on a personal project, our studio provides the perfect setting to explore and express your creativity. Available extras: Creative arts activity packs, projector, photography equipment.

Our fully equipped Music Studio offers a spacious, modern environment designed to inspire creativity. The large open-plan studio comfortably accommodates up to 25 participants, making it ideal for band rehearsals, recording sessions, workshops, and a variety of other musical activities.
The space is fully furnished and features a wide selection of high-quality musical instruments, DJ decks, and state-of-the-art music production equipment, including professional editing software. Whether you're a solo artist, band, or music educator, our studio provides everything you need to bring your sound to life.
