Creative Minds
Creative Minds is a one-to-one wellbeing session where children and young people spend time with one of our experienced arts specialists in a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment.

Using creative activities such as art, crafts, painting, music, and other hands-on projects, participants are encouraged to talk, reflect, and express themselves naturally.
The creative process helps build trust and confidence, making it easier for young people to share their thoughts, feelings, worries, and achievements without the pressure of a formal conversation.
Creative Minds provides an opportunity to:
-
Improve emotional wellbeing through creativity.
-
Build confidence and self-esteem.
-
Develop positive coping strategies.
-
Strengthen communication and self-expression.
-
Create trusted relationships with supportive adults.
-
Celebrate personal strengths and achievements.

Sessions are tailored to each individual, recognising that every child and young person is different. Whether they simply need someone to listen, a calm space to unwind, or support in working through challenges, Creative Minds offers a creative approach to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing.
